Pharmaceutical industry: tablet, capsule granule, granule of Chinese medicine with on or low sugar

Foodstuff; cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granule, flavoring and so on.

Other industries: pesticides, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on.

Integrate spraying, drying fluid granulating in one body to realize granulating from liquid in one step.

Using the process of spraying, it is particularly suitable for micro auxiliary raw materials and heat sensitive raw materials. Its efficiency is 1-2 times that FL boiling granulating machine.

The final moisture of some products can reach 0.1%. It is equipped with powder returning device. The rate of granule forming is more than 85% with 0.2-2mm of diameter.

The improved inner roller multi-flow atomizer can treat the liquid extract with 1.3g/cm³ of gravity.

Exemple de choix de modèle: Supposons que 120 kg d'extrait liquide I (incluent 30% de solides) et 60 kg de graine II dans un seul vaisseau, de I et II, nous pouvons obtenir une quantité théorique de produit M = mI + mII = 120 kg + 30% + 60 kg = 96kg, temps de travail T = 120kg / 30kg / h = 4h, à partir de la table des paramètres, nous pouvons constater que le montant de la fluidisation se situe dans la plage de chargement standard. Si nous avons besoin de deux lots en un temps de service, le modèle PGL-30B est OK.
